Shipping policy

COVE Paddleboards requires that all purchases over $100 be signed for. 

Once signed for, they are deemed to have been delivered and not eligible for shipping insurance. 

In the majority of cases, we bear the burden of shipping insurance, so whenever possible we will re-dispatch at our cost and deal with the insurance claim. In certain jurisdictions or carriers this may not be possible, and the customer will be required to make a claim. All orders over $100 are insured.
